Services are provided to business clients under separate service agreements, statements of work, or invoices ("Service Agreements").

These Terms apply to website visitors and potential clients. The terms of any specific engagement are governed by the applicable Service Agreement executed between the parties, which supersedes these Terms in the event of any conflict.

2.1 Nature of Our Business

GusteBuild provides professional business-to-business (B2B) services only. All services are performed for and invoiced directly to business clients in U.S. dollars under clear service contracts. For the avoidance of doubt:

• We are not a bank, money services business, money transmitter, or payment processor, and we do not hold, transmit, or process funds on behalf of third parties.
• We do not engage in or provide services to cryptocurrency, digital-asset, gambling, adult-content, weapons, controlled-substance, or other restricted or prohibited industries.
• We do not operate a marketplace, multi-level marketing program, or any third-party payment aggregation service.
• Our revenue is derived solely from client retainers, fixed-price project fees, and monthly service contracts for the digital agency services described above.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable Service Agreement. Generally:

• Monthly retainers are cancellable with 30 days' written notice
• Fixed-price project fees are non-refundable for completed milestones
• Unused portions of prepaid monthly retainers may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion
